Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using BeezOS, operated by Beez Industries ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using BeezOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BeezOS at beezos.app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are using BeezOS on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
BeezOS is an AI-powered business operating system that provides tools for accounting (BeezBooks), project management (BeezDesk), team chat (BeezChat), HR (BeezPeople), CRM (BeezSell), and AI assistance (BeezBrain). BeezOS offers a free Starter plan and a paid Pro plan ($12/user/month).
3. Account Registration
To use BeezOS, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@beezos.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use BeezOS to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to damage or interfere with BeezOS.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of BeezOS or its infrastructure.
- Use BeezOS to store or transmit illegal content, including but not limited to content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from BeezOS in an automated manner without our written consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use BeezOS in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
5. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into BeezOS, including financial records, contacts, messages, and any other business information. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing BeezOS to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter into BeezOS. We are not responsible for any errors in your financial records or business data.
6. AI Features (BeezBrain)
BeezBrain is powered by the Anthropic Claude API. AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You should not rely solely on AI-generated responses for important business decisions. We are not liable for decisions made based on BeezBrain outputs.
BeezBrain has usage limits (5 messages/day on the Starter plan, 100 messages/day on Pro) to ensure service availability for all users. These limits may change over time.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that BeezOS will be available 100% of the time. BeezOS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily interrupt service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
8. Payments & Refunds
BeezOS Pro is billed monthly at $12/user/month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancelling, and you retain Pro access until the period ends. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@beezos.app within 7 days of the charge.
The Starter plan remains free. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with at least 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.
9. Intellectual Property
BeezOS, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by Beez Industries and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on BeezOS without our express written permission.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the data and content you create within BeezOS.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beez Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use BeezOS, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of BeezOS shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
BeezOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that BeezOS will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
BeezOS is not a licensed accounting software. Financial data in BeezBooks is for your own record-keeping purposes only and does not constitute certified financial reporting. Consult a licensed accountant for tax or financial compliance matters.
12. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@beezos.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of BeezOS shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedies.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of BeezOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
